We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Insta Curry Cups LLC under these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of these Terms.
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes, shipping fees, and duties unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship products to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, strikes, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. No Refunds and No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Due to the consumable nature of our food products, once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If products arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us at support@instacurrycups.com within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement. This is the only exception to our no-refund and no-return policy.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, product packaging, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Insta Curry Cups LLC and protected under US copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
